warm huglovely suggestiondelicious tastemissing facility
the staff was like a warm hug, always greeting me with smiles. they happily answered my questions and gave lovely suggestions for local spots. the breakfast had such a variety and the taste was delicious, setting a sweet tone for the day.
i found there was no electric kettle. also, the tea and coffee facility was missing in the room. this was a little disappointing because it reminded me of a cozy touch was lacking.

the hotel is situated in a really convenient spot, close to the metro. it is also an easy walk to retiro park and that was a perfect option. the area felt safe and peaceful too.

The hotel was very clean. The staff proved attentive . Food prices seemed reasonable considering the high quality (i especially liked the dinner menu!). I found several comfortable spots to relax in the restaurant's seated area.
Soundproofing was not effective, and i could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, a little disruptive.

a quiet stay in a lively city

the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom had excellent quality fixtures and fittings. the comfortable, large bed ensured a good night's sleep, and i particularly enjoyed having breakfast with a variety of food. the staff were friendly and efficient.
i did find the sound proofing to be lacking. conversations and noise from neighboring rooms were audible, so i hope they improve that. that said, it was not a major issue and didn't impact my stay considerably.
