metro station excellent breakfast umbrella service
the hotel provides umbrellas when needed because the weather can be rainy. the location is near a metro station so it's easy to get around. i was glad to find the breakfast good and varied, offering many choices.
The sound proofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms sometimes.

a haven of kindness
warm hug lovely suggestion delicious taste
the staff was like a warm hug, always greeting me with smiles. they happily answered my questions and gave lovely suggestions for local spots. the breakfast had such a variety and the taste was delicious, setting a sweet tone for the day.
i found there was no electric kettle. also, the tea and coffee facility was missing in the room. this was a little disappointing because it reminded me of a cozy touch was lacking.

the hotel is situated in a really convenient spot, close to the metro. it is also an easy walk to retiro park and that was a perfect option. the area felt safe and peaceful too.

my room had good air conditioning and a very quiet extractor in the bathroom, ensuring comfort. the luggage rack suited well, accomodating for two cases, great. the shower had a very intuitive design.

a quiet stay in a lively city
spacious room clean space
the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom had excellent quality fixtures and fittings. the comfortable, large bed ensured a good night's sleep, and i particularly enjoyed having breakfast with a variety of food. the staff were friendly and efficient.
i did find the sound proofing to be lacking. conversations and noise from neighboring rooms were audible, so i hope they improve that. that said, it was not a major issue and didn't impact my stay considerably.

the hotel has very easy access to nearby metro stops. it is a minute from alonso martin metro, providing quick transport around the city. also, i could easily walk to many shops and restaurants. it was a very good place.

I found the staff quite cute. The reception desk was ready to help with directions and recommendations. The hotel provided easy access to transport networks. I appreciated the central location near many attractions and restaurants.
